This is a comprehensive residential project in a South Tulsa neighborhood I have been consulting on the past twelve months. The project includes a new addition, pool makeover and a complete remodel of the existing home. Beginning with client goals, I worked on a conceptual design, developed schematic plans, and picked red lines on construction documents. The new addition will add about 1,200 Sq. Ft. to the existing home and is estimated to be completed by April 1, 2020.
